H3 Max here is the fast lane: 480p or 768p, five to fifteen seconds, picture and sound in one pass. You can start from a sentence, a still, or a stack of references.

What you can send

  • Text to video — subject, camera, light, and the sound you expect.
  • Image to video — a first frame, optional last frame.
  • Multi-reference — stills, short clips, and audio when a prompt cannot hold identity.

What takes longer

The same family includes a 2K finish. It is slower and costs more. Use 768p to throw away bad camera moves; step up when the frame has to hold.
