Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not upload to H3 Max, what you may not make with it, and how we enforce the rules.

Last updated: 2026-10-04

H3 Max turns prompts, images, video and audio into AI-generated video. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to every prompt you write, every file you upload and every video you make. It is stricter than what the model alone may allow, and reflects both the law and the rules of our payment partners and card networks.

Files you may not upload

  1. People who have not agreed. Only upload images, video or audio of yourself, or of someone who has agreed to appear in an AI-generated video. This includes voices.
  2. Anyone under 18. This includes images of yourself as a child and of your own children.
  3. Public figures. Celebrities, musicians, politicians, athletes, influencers and other well-known people, unless you are that person or have their written permission.
  4. Nudity or sexual content. Including partial nudity, underwear and sexually suggestive poses.
  5. Material you have no right to use. Someone else's photographs, footage, music, artwork, logos or characters.
  6. Personal documents. ID cards, passports, or images that show another person's private information.

Videos you may not make or share

  1. Sexual content. Any video that is sexual, sexually suggestive, or made for sexual gratification.
  2. Content that harms children. Anything that sexualises, exploits or endangers minors.
  3. Deception and impersonation. Presenting a video as real footage, pretending to be another person, or suggesting that a person or brand said, did or endorsed something they did not. This includes fake news, election content and fraud.
  4. Harassment and defamation. Videos made to bully, humiliate, threaten, stalk or damage the reputation of someone.
  5. Hate and violence. Content that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics, glorifies real-world violence, or promotes terrorism or extremism.
  6. Dangerous activities. Instructions for weapons, drugs, self-harm or other activities that can cause serious harm.
  7. Infringing content. Videos that copy another party's copyrighted works, trademarks or characters for uses you have no right to, or that violate someone's privacy or publicity rights.
  8. Anything illegal where you live or where the video is shared.

You may not

  • Try to get around content rules, credit limits or rate limits, for example with multiple accounts or by rewording a refused prompt.
  • Use automated scripts to access the service.
  • Attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it as a competing service.
  • Pay with a card or account you are not authorised to use.

How we check

We may review prompts, uploaded files and videos, before and after a video is made. A request that breaks this policy may be refused. If a request is refused or a video fails, its credits are returned to your balance.

How we enforce this

  • We may refuse requests, remove files and videos, and pause generation on an account.
  • Serious or repeated violations lead to permanent account closure. Credits already used are not refunded.
  • Zero tolerance for content that sexualises minors. One attempt closes the account, and we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other authorities where the law requires it.
  • We cooperate with law enforcement and with our payment providers when we are required to.

Report a problem

  • You appear in a video you did not agree to, or your work was used without permission: use the Copyright & Removal Requests page.
  • Anything else that breaks this policy: email support@h3max.cc with "Abuse report" in the subject, a description, and any links or screenshots.
